HOST:

Hi my name is Kenny and I am 40 years old. I live in Southern California. I'm currently working as a Post Production Supervisor for various television shows.
I'm an avid TV watcher. I use to watch about 25 hours of TV a week but as free time has gotten more and more rare I have cut back quite a bit. Some of my favorite current shows are The Big Bang Theory, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Eureka, and The Clone Wars. TV shows of the Past that I love are V, Firefly, Anything Star Trek, Buffy, Angel, 4400, Threshold, MASH, Legend of the Seeker, Pushing Daisies, Surface, The West Wing, Charmed and far to many more to name. I'm an avid Movie watcher also, my favorites are Fantasy/Sci Fi, but I do enjoy all types of movies.
I started contributing to podcasts back in 2005 with The Treks in Sci Fi podcast and various other podcasts. I then started my owe podcast with a fellow Treks in Sci fi forum member Jen and we did The Ready Room Podcast (Treks in sci fi rpg podcast). Two years ago I started my very own podcast called Knights of the Guild and it focused on the webseries The Guild, which I am currently still doing. I also started a MASH podcast called MASH 4077 Podcast. It's all about one of the most successful TV shows in history.
I started Epic Geek Out as this has been the podcast I have wanted to do. I love all things geeky and though I love doing Knights of the Guild and MASH4077 Podcast they are restricted by their topic. With Epic Geek Out I can talk about all things geeky.

GUEST HOSTS:

I'm Jen, professional graphic designer by day, podcaster by night and aspiring sci-fi author. My husband and I are native Texans. We enjoy life with our new baby, Aaron, two dogs (Olive and Abby) and two cats (Lucy and Linus).
In addition to co-hosting hosting Epic Geek Out, I am the co-host of the Anomaly Podcast; a show dedicated to providing balance to the "geek boy universe". Angela and I offer a female perspective on all things geek. Our show has won several Fan Audio Awards from the Star Wars Fanworks community including: Rookie of the Year 2009 and Best Hosts 2009 and 2010. I also co-hosted the Treks In Sci-Fi microcast called "The Ready Room", with Kenny for 67 episodes. The show was a intended to update our RPG writers who wrote the adventures of the USS Tiberius and later the USS Arabella. The show later evolved to dramatic readings of the chapters written each week. We not only hosted the show, but we ran the RPG and wrote for several of the characters, including the Captain, First Officer and Chief Medical Officer. It was lots of fun and lots of work. The Ready Room ended last year, but the show still exist in the Treks In Sci-Fi podcast feed, if you want to hear the fan fiction Star Trek stories that were written on the forum.
I am a staff writer for the Martians Are Here Podcast. My contribution to the podcast thus far has been a children's sci-fi story called "Little Bit Of Trouble". Rick and Stefan turned the story into an audio drama. I voiced the main character "Little Bit". .
